• By posting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content in connection with the Service. 
• You represent and warrant that your User Content does not infringe any third-party rights and complies with these Terms.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AMPLIFY FAITH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. 

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Fayette County, Georgia.
